Our campuses are equipped with computers (Windows PCs) for training. We also use the latest version of Word on a Microsoft 365 subscription.

You do not need to bring your laptop to the Microsoft Word class because our campuses are equipped with computers for your training.

However, if you feel more comfortable using your personal laptop, you can bring and use it for your training. But you must ensure you have the relevant software (with the appropriate license) installed on your device and can download and unzip files.

Is there a specific schedule for assignments and exams, or can I work at my own pace?

We use a combination of scheduled exams to review your performance and take-home assignments to help you develop at your own pace.

After the day’s training, you’ll take home assignments to help you practice your new skill. However, our trainers are always accessible should you need help with anything.

You can access course materials after completing the course for future reference. To do this, come with a USB to the training so you can save a copy of the files at the end of the training.

What is the course cancellation or refund policy?

We understand that certain circumstances can prevent individuals from attending training on scheduled dates. Thus, we allow you to reschedule or cancel your training within certain guidelines.

For example, all requests to cancel or reschedule training dates must be made in writing to Nexacu at least seven days before the commencement date of the course.

If you fail to adhere to this, you forfeit the full amount of the course, and no refund or credit will be made.

Also, if you cancel your enrolment to a scheduled course within our booking guidelines, you have six months from the time of the cancellation or 12 months from the time of the original booking (whichever is earlier) to rebook.

After that, your enrolment is forfeited, and you void your right to a refund or to reschedule the course.
