When you complete our Microsoft Word courses, we’ll issue you a Nexacu Word series completion badge. This qualifies you to take the MO-100 or MO-101 exams to become a Microsoft Word certified Specialist or Expert.

Is the Microsoft Word certification exam free?

The Microsoft Word certification exam is not free. The price depends on the region the exam is proctored.

Our Microsoft Word training full package which includes all three Word courses and a practice certification exam, costs $1,380.

Alternatively, you can start your certification journey with us from the intermediate course and pay $1,020.

These include using SmartArt, cross-referencing, enhancing long documents (with table of contents, indexes, etc.), creating macros to automate documents, adding protection to documents, using headers/ footers, etc.

What materials and resources will I have access to during the course?

Our campuses are equipped with computers for your training. We use Windows PCs and not Mac because there are several courses (like Microsoft Project, Excel Expert, Power BI, etc.) which can only be delivered effectively using Windows. We also use the latest versions of the program on a Microsoft 365 subscription.

You’ll also have access to course materials. You’ll get login details to our student portal, allowing you access to course materials and other free resources.

Do I need to bring my laptop to the Microsoft Word class?

Our campuses are equipped with state-of-the-art training computers for your training, so you do not need to bring your laptop to the Microsoft Word class.

However, you can bring your personal laptop if you prefer to learn using it. In this case, the device must have the relevant software (with the appropriate license) installed.

Is there a specific schedule for assignments and exams, or can I work at my own pace?

We have specific schedules for only classes. Each course is filled with many hands-on exercises, which you can do at home at your own pace. However, our Microsoft-certified trainers are always accessible should you need help with anything.

Can I access course materials after completing the course for future reference?

You can access course materials after completing the MS Word course. One way is to come to class with a USB to save a copy of the files at the end of the training.

Another way is to use your unique log in details to access the student portal. The portal holds course materials, exercise files, and ebooks.

Can the course be customised for corporate training or group enrolment?

What is the course cancellation or refund policy?

All requests to cancel or reschedule training dates must be made in writing to Nexacu at least seven days before the course commencement date.

Failure to do this leads to a forfeiture of the full amount of the course, and no refund or credit will be made.

Also, after canceling your enrollment to a scheduled course, you should rebook within 6 months from the time of the cancellation or 12 months from the time of the original booking, whichever is earlier.

Not rebooking within these timelines will make you void your right to a refund or to reschedule the course. See our booking Policy for more information.
