Laurence was very well versed in Ai, which gave me confidence in the training and what we were learning. It is a good course for introductory learning using Copilot of Word. It certainly gave me confidence in the tool and that I am on the right path with how I am using it. I look forward to the next AI course using all tools. Thank you Laurence.

Our trainer was able to explain core concepts well and showcasing good examples of basic prompts. Managing both co-located and remote participants is a difficult assignment and quite a bit of time was given to helping on-site participants with issues, which meant there was some time for me as a remote participant to sit and wait.

I think we spent a bit too much time on using copilot chat and would have preferred learning more real-life cases of using it in apps, and cross functional stuff across apps. However I appreciate that it is particularly hard to do this with Demo data.
