Really excellent course, so educational. Usually online courses are a slog but I really enjoyed this one.

The course was very practical and engaging. I found the examples of real workplace applications particularly useful, as they showed me how ChatGPT can save time and improve communication. The pacing was clear and easy to follow, and the trainer encouraged questions which made the sessions interactive. I feel much more confident using ChatGPT in my daily work now. The training covered the key functions of ChatGPT well, and I now understand how to apply it to different tasks. I especially valued the demonstrations of prompts and responses. Overall, the course was helpful and gave me practical skills I can take away. The course provided a good introduction to ChatGPT, but I think it could be improved by including more industry. Some of the explanations assumed prior knowledge, which made it harder to follow in parts. A resource pack or guide with prompt examples would also be useful for reference after the training.
