I enjoyed the session. It was well structured and Esteban was engaging, funny and knowledgeable. The concepts were clearly explained and it was a good learning experience, loved the examples and how context was provided. SMARTER goals!!! 😊

Esteban Franco was great. He really brought the "practical" to Practical Project Management, tying all concepts to real life examples and prompting us to think about how we would apply things in our own personal Project Management examples.

NEXACU provided great preparation and information before course started so was fully prepared Material is usefully and the Power point presentation was clear and could understand I have taken some tools from the training to use in my workplace for decisions and for future planning with all personnel if internal or external to company Jason the training is very well knowledgably and clear, listens to everything said by the attendees and then makes relevant changes of explaining a tool on how is use that makes relevant to our current work I would recommend this course to all Thank you

Great session and presenter. Enjoyed working through the hypotheticals. Helps to validate that it's worth giving time to the thinking required for problem solving and decision making instead of rushing it. Has prompted some thinking around how I can get ahead of the game with planning (e.g. ruling out what's not possible) so I'm more informed when the time comes to make decisions with a quick turnaround. Thanks for a great PD!

Really good facilitator who encouraged us to step out of our comfort zones in asking for our ideas in a group discussion. Taught me a lot of things I will take on board and use in my work / personal life
