Very knowledgeable on all the features and how to integrate into many work-related functions. Trainer moved at a good pace so the content didn't feel overwhelming and there were opportunities to play with different tools and features. Something I should have asked but that would be interesting would be example QA prompts to verify information and provide a structure for reviewing AI generated information. Highly recommend the course.

Knowledgeable of materials and capabilities of system. Excel still has a way to go in terms of offering meaningful functionality to us (particularly higher capability users) so could have avoided that and spent more time on Teams and Outlook.
