Lawrence is a great trainer and did well to cover all the content with patience and meaningful explanations

This introductory course gave great exposure to what Copilot is capable of (across many applications) and Tim made it far less scary for those of us who were a little apprehensive of AI in the workplace. It seems to have far more benefits than drawbacks. The biggest thing is making the time to play around with it, and get comfortable using it on a regular basis, to make our work/tasks more efficient. Although it's an efficiency tool, it still requires a certain level of vigilance to ensure the data is being interpreted correctly or being generated in the way intended.

i liked that Tim the trainer, didnt just read from the course notes, he added his own comments and examples. He allowed students to ask questions throughout the course and answered them in real life examples

Tim was good. His relaxed and flexible training style was encouraging for students to ask questions - I also enjoyed hearing from other students about how they might use co-pilot. Would recommend the training.

Tim was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to answer all questions I had regarding Copilot and it practical application. The training was engaging and well paced and Tim's experience with the product has given me excellent foundational understanding and the confidence to lead the adoption of Copilot within my organisation.

Trainer knowledge was good however probably a little bit more structure in the delivery was required to keep on track throughout the day. Seemed to jump all over the place a little bit.

Tim was great, easy to follow, explained things so that it was easy to understand.

Trainer is engaging and clear on the realistic expectations on what Co-Pilot can do regarding admin tasks.
