Ben was very knowledgeable about the program and delivered the content clearly and in a way that was easy to follow and understand. My only criticism is that the first half of the day was a little too reliant on operating the program, which is fairly intuitive and might not need as much coverage. The afternoon component, going through the different uses was excellent.
