The training provided by Laurence was outstanding, clear and concise. Laurence delivered the training material to our group in a professional but personable manner. Laurence was very flexible with the questions asked and was happy to answer all questions and gave time to the group to discuss the questions and further information required. The content that was covered was great and related well to our organisation's sharepoint site.

Trainer was good overall and explained the course contents well. Just thought the SharePoint Intermediate course would have a bit more advanced level content in the course, nothing reflecting the trainers class deliver, I believe this is for the institute's course content structuring.
