The trainer was amazing! I initially did not have the software installed due to my company restrictions, but Jag helped me work around it for the first half of the day. He then helped get me caught up once I managed to have it installed. He was friendly, funny and patient with everyone and repeated steps as necessary to ensure we were all caught up and working along together.
