Very good explanation, very clear and able to answer all questions

I got a lot out of the training. It was very clearly presented, the information was practical, easy to follow and interesting. Laurence was very knowledgable and interesting to listen to. I liked how he stepped you through each step logically, he deviated a little from the training manual but it was better the way he did it. e.g. he did Outlook earlier in the day - this built on skills for later modules. He had practical real life examples, he understood the bigger picture of the topic, and was up to date on the latest developments. Probably one of the best trainers I've had in my 30 years of working and doing courses.

Laurence was extremely knowledgeable and understood Co-pilot extremely well with clear instructions.

Good course that covers both introductory and mid level CoPilot, Trainer is well skilled and knowledgeable across various technology platforms, great delivery.

I found Paul to be an excellent trainer. Most of us had a few technical issues and he was friendly and patient. He broke down tasks into slow concise steps which made it easy to follow and covered all aspects that we require to start using AI effectively, including Teams, Excel, Word, etc. Very enjoyable and appreciated his expertise. Hi Paul, thank you so much for the insightful training, it was great to learn these new powerful tools. I must say that I was bit confused in "Excel" functions in the session, I will read the student guide and lean more in my own time. cheers!

Really enjoyed the training session. Delivered in a way that was comprehensive, but at the same time easy to digest. The interaction with everyone in the group was great and kept all engaged.

Excellent - really great content. Great to get participants to share their screens to ensure engagement. Great tips and tricks. First 15 mins could have been reduce a bit but that's just a personal preference - others may find this ice breaking banter very important. Really great content - just hope I can remember it all!
