Thanks Laurence for taking us through the use of CoPilot. As someone who is hesitant with new software, it was great to understand how this can be used, it's limitations and what integration with CoPilot is coming across the full MS 365 suite. Well paced, covered a lot of material and was tailored for us as a team. Thank you!

Laurence was great in answering the questions and tailoring it for us even when we don't have the fully paid copilot for work. However, he did not compromise the learning in this space and went through it so in future we do have this capability we have the skills and knowledge on it.

The training was quite good for a fundamentals course. The only way it could be made better is with some live examples of how it has been used in the real world by different business/entitites. Also, and this may just be a personal thing, but i felt the intro to the course can be shortened and we can get into the guts of it sooner.
