Corona Virus Management Plan

The Corona Virus (COVID-19) situation continues to change.

We are following all recommended guidelines and implementing additional procedures to help keep our staff and students healthy.

Update - May 20th

In order to safeguard staff and clients we will transition back to in-class training as follows:

May - All training will be delivered remotely.

June - Training delivered remotely with limited in-class seats available. Please call.

July onwards - In-class training at all venues will resume. Students can choose to attend any class remotely.

As in-class sessions restart across our venues, the following measures will resume:
  • Class sizes limited to comply with government health recommendations
  • Increased daily disinfecting of desks and computers
  • Hand sanitisers available in each classroom
  • All staff and students reminded to wash hands regularly
  • Remote instructor led training delivery will continue to be offered as an alternative

Update - May 11th

Public Courses
We will continue to deliver our training remotely until June 30th. From June 1, we will also offer some in-class training at our venues. This may differ across states and courses, please call to discuss.
Beginning July 1 all classes will run at our venues but students may still choose to attend any class remotely.

Workplace Training
We will continue to deliver workplace training either remotely or in-person. To deliver in-person, clients need to have sufficient space and COIVD Safe arrangements in place.

Update - April 22nd  - REMOTE COURSES

Time-Zones
Remote courses begin at 9am in the hosting city. Students will be notified of the hosting city and should make themselves aware of any time difference.

Manuals
Due to the current environment printed manuals will not be provided as part of your course. We are working on creating electronic supplemental materials. These will be provided to students in place of manuals.

Update - April 15th

Training will continue to be delivered remotely until May 31st.

We will resume normal in-class sessions as soon as possible. These dates are subject to change dependent upon government guidance. We can still offer workplace training and training in our venues for small corporate groups subject to meeting all recommended social distancing measures. Workplace training can also be delivered by our experienced trainers via remote login.

Update - March 30th

Announcements last night from the Federal and State governments do not require additional measures from Nexacu. All public courses will be delivered remotely as per our update on March 25th, see below. We thank all of our clients for working with us through these turbulent times. Please call us on 1300 886 190 if you require any further information.

Update - March 25th

In order to protect the health of our staff and students our public courses will be delivered via remote login from April 1 to April 30. We plan to resume normal in-class sessions as soon as possible. These dates are subject to change dependent upon government guidance. We can still offer workplace training and training in our venues for small corporate groups subject to meeting all recommended social distancing measures. Workplace training can also be delivered by our experienced trainers via remote login.

Update - March 23rd

We continue to comply with the increased government restrictions announced last night. Our reduced class sizes and students opting to join remotely means we are well within the guidelines.

All courses are also available via remote login, which means you can attend any course, in any state from your desk. We will continue to monitor all government announcements and follow health directives as advised. The health of both our staff and clients is our priority. Find out more about our remote training here.

Update - March 20th

Our Public Courses are within the newly announced 4SQM requirements. We had already reduced the maximum number of students permitted in a class to facilitate social distancing. Further to this, we have students in many classes opting to log in remotely.

Update - March 17th

All classes are currently being offered in the classroom and via remote login to cater for those unable to attend. Read more about Remote Training options here.

Update - March 16th

We are closely monitoring the Corona virus (COVID-19) situation as it develops across Australia and the guidelines as released by government.

The good news is that our small classroom training format is very much within government mandated guidelines of what is safe and permissible. Our training continues across the country as scheduled.

We are also undertaking additional steps to adapt to the changing environment:

  • Class sizes reduced to a maximum of 7 students (our previous maximum was 10);
  • Increased daily disinfecting of desks and computers
  • Hand sanitisers available in each classroom
  • All staff and students reminded to wash hands regularly
  • We can provide our clients a closed private classroom for their staff or change the training from public delivery to workplace delivery.
  • Remote instructor led training delivery can also be offered as an alternative which some of our clients are using. We can provide the platform or use your current work platform.

This is a challenging environment for everyone we are prepared to adapt to the changing situation.

If you have any questions or concerns, please get in touch.

Kind regards,

Paul and Anita Panebianco
