Very good! In future though, don't assume the experience of your attendees? (In any direction, with statistical concepts or anything else.) I'm also a statistician, and I have certainly both created a scatterplot before and understand correlation.

Explain everything step by step, make sure every step is understood before moving on to the next section. Allows time for questions . Because it was a 1.1 session he related it to my work.

Thank you for this great training! I found the session to be really valuable. I did have some pre-existing knowledge on the topic, but the content and exercises were still relevant and applicable. I consolidated my knowledge and I learnt new techniques that I can implement in my work. The structure of the training was clear and there were plenty of opportunities for us to practice and experiment, which was really useful. Rob was very knowledgeable, warm, and engaging, and did a fantastic job of adapting the training content and discussions to our level and context.
