All courses are available in-person or remotely.
Instructor-led Courses delivered remotely by our Microsoft Certified Trainers.
Learn to use key advanced features of SharePoint Online to effectively manage, store, and protect your information. Our Advanced level course is aimed at those managing SharePoint sites within their organisation. This course will explore topics that will improve the security, accessibility, and usability of your SharePoint site. This includes making documents easier to find using taxonomy, using content types to standardise document creation, upgrading security through sensitivity permissions, and using retention labels to control the editing and deletion of files. Read our full course outline below.
You will be shown some features requiring administrator access. It is of benefit to key users, especially in document management and project roles, to know about these features. Post-course you may choose to discuss access to these features with your administrator if you do not currently have them. It is possible for administrators to give you access to some features without giving general administrator access.
